We guarantee our civil construction work against structural defects for the period specified in your contract. Pool equipment (pumps, filters, lights) carries the original manufacturer's warranty. Agaran Pools shall not be held liable for damages caused by improper maintenance, acts of nature, or unauthorized alterations to the pool system after handover.
